Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing. It's good!

Ingredients:

2 and 1/4 cups cake flour

2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon table salt

2 eggs

1 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon white vinegar

2 Tablespoons red food coloring (25 to 30 ml)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 and 1/2 cups sugar

1 stick butter (113 grams)

Frosting:

2 and 1/4 cups powdered sugar

1 stick butter (113 grams)

16 ounces cream cheese (450 grams)

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract (15ml)

NOTE***** all ingredients need to be room temperature
