Sweating





Call it weird but I think I'm starting to like working out now.. Bought a new Kettler AXOS recently and now I think that I'm going to do more exercise at my room..Been planning to lose weight seriously since I realized how chubby my face was after Ramadhan.. 

*sigh*

My knees hurt so bad when I first use it..Anyways, thanks to my Ayu who told me that I really need to wear my running shoes when I'm working out..Tried it just now and it works! though I only cycled for only 15 minutes but that equals to 2km-excuse me!!! Hehehe.. Almost is.. =p

Shamefully guys, my current weight is 78kg.. Yeah, like a mini cow.. I really hate the fact that I'm enjoying both baking and eating those sugary delicacies at Johor last month.. I really need to get my 65kg back.. seriously that's like 13kg! So let's do it seriously this time.. 

I started the oats diet yesterday..So far I'm enjoying it and I really hope that I could continue eating them on daily basis..Oats can help us in reducing the cholesterol level and to shed off the fat as well..Though a bowl of  puke oat could be challenging to eat but hey..hey..hey.. *speechless* 

Yeah, that's my kinda puke meal~! >:-)


Anyways, I just thought of an idea, which is to blend the cooked oat with fruit yogurt.. It turned out just fine for me..It's like eating the fruit yogurt instead of drinking it! Clever moi!





ps: Hmmm..It's raining cats and dogs outside..What a wise choice to get the indoor workout machine indeed..Or shall I join Harris under the duvet? Hihihi
