Heheh..Or Telur Bungkus dengan daging
This is one of the common dish that we used to order whenever we went to Thai restaurant.. Actually I usually amused with the cook's expertise in you know, wrapping the egg over any filling.. I guess I got the motivation to try to cook it when hubby requested for it.. I love him so much that I just couldnt say no.. Alhamdulillah found the right recipe online and I wanna share it with you and of course for my future reference...
Here it goes:
1/3 pack of minced beef : boil, toss and set them aside
1/2 tomato, 1/2 cucumber >> diced
1 onion,3 garlics >> sliced
2tbs chili sauce, 1tbs oyster sauce, 1tbs tomato sauce,1tbs sweet soy sauce, 1tsp sugar and salt
Fry 3 eggs (beaten softly) and make sure you use your largest and flat pan.. Once it ready, put on a wide plate
Stir fry the sliced onion and garlics, mix the beef and the sauces..add on the tomato and cucumber..mix all the ingredients for a while (approximately 5 minutes).. place the mixture onto the egg..wrap the egg and you'll taste one of the most wonderful dish on earth...I swear!
We ate it with warm rice and seafood tomyam.. Husband love them so much he slurrrped the whole thing in 10 sec.. Glad that he loved them..Really.. :-)
Try it please.. =)
