Caramel Pudding in the houseeee

Assalamualikum and Happy Friday..

I have been busy cooking for the past few days.. Found loads of interesting recipes and I'm glad tat we still have 20 more days of Ramadhan.. Well, other than fasting and trying to khatam my Quran reading I would definitely took this chance to cook for my soon to be balloon-shaped-tummy-husband and son.. Hehehe..

Anyways, I've decided to share those recipes in this blog.. Well at least I could skip those hassles in  finding good quality recipes, yeah? It's like killing two birds with one stone.. Well you can get those recipes as well as yours truly.. Hihi..

Okay, the first recipe that I would love to remember is:


Caramel-cheese-pudding


Hehe...Harris the food tester~


1 cup of sugar + 2 tbsp water : mixed them on the pan until the colour changed to soft brown..


1 can of condensed milk
1 small box of Dutch Lady's full cream milk
6 eggs
1/4 custard powder
2 slices of cheddar cheese 
1 tsp vanilla

Put all those ingredients in a blender..Blend all.. Use any kind of filter before you pour the mixture into the pan for better result!

Preheat the oven to 160°, using the waterbath technique, you may now leave the mixture inside the oven for approximately 1 hour length..
