Aglio Alio Recipe

It's lunch time already eh? Well I should start revising my statistic notes already..Though final exam will only starts this January but, it's statistic and I know shit about it actually..

Anyways, I'm kinda addicted to spagetthi aglio olio.. Yeah, I think I got bored with Prego sauce finally.. Haha.. Plus this is the easiest thing to make.. When it comes to cooking, I'm not born with the ability of a chef..Hihi..My aunties used to make fun of me and my mak because all of mak's daughters can't cook.. Well, who had the last laugh now, huh? Hehe.. Kidding..Selamat Hari Raya aunties.. =p

But seriously, for me cooking is more like a cognitive learning..Watch mak cook, memorized her steps and ingredients used, practice and cook! Hehehe. Plus there are thousands of good recipes from the internet... It's no more, 'I don't know how to cook' but it's 'I don't want to cook' scenarios..

Okay,
I'm gonna share the easiest recipe for spagetthi aglio olio, and tasted and approved by Harris and his mak tok.. (I manipulated Harris' mind to eat green..Hihi)

Tools:

Knife
Chopping board
Pan (to boil spagetthi)
A mixing bowl

Ingredients:

Zucchini
Tomato
2 garlic cloves
Bell Pepper
Green Spinach (boiled for a minute)
Black pepper
3 tbsp fresh milk
some grated cheese
2-3 prawn
Olive oil

Let's do it!!

1. Boil the green spinach for a minute- put aside
2. Sautee the prawns using a bit of butter. put aside
3. Boil tap water in a pan and you may boil the spagetthi. Put a dash of oil in the boiling water so that your spagetthi noodles will not stick together.. (Toss the water away when it's ready)
4. Dice the zucchini, tomato, garlic cloves and bell pepper.. Put them in a bowl of cold water. Put aside
5. Get a mixing bowl. Put all the diced veggies, spagetthi noodles and olive oil and the milk in the same bowl. Mix them together and ta daaaaaa... The aglio olio is ready to be served~!

Oh, don't forget to put those buttered prawn on top of it..

Ermmmm nom nom nom nom nom..
nom nom nom nom nom try it nom nom nom nom nom. Nom nom nom nom nom nom thank me for the nom nom nom nom nom recipe... nom nom nom nom nom and nom nom nom nom nom again..  =)
