I can do it!!

I will reduce the food portion..
Tomorrow's mission is to get a smaller and nicer plate for my lunch and dinner~!!!
Research stated that to reduce our appetite, we should get blue colored dishes...

  1. hang tgh diet ke beb? laki aku pun tgh diet. kami kurangkan makan nasi. selalu masak 2pot, now masak 1 pot jer. eh itu pun nampak byk. psiko je minda.hehehe...

  3. Akak, dis r all just myths to motivate ppl who r own diet. Kalau akak mkn dinner dr periuk belinga skali pun kkalau dpt kawal appetite bleh je lose weight. Ehh garangnya haha
