So today is the day I decided to take care of my eating habit
I got diabetes during my pregnancy.. I used to neglect it and eat like a normal person-which is ridiculous! And immature and selfish...

So I googled the diet for diabetes patient.. Majority of them stated that I must cut down the carbohydrate and fat! Omai omai..and not to forget sugar intake... So what about my Chatime? I'm gonna miss it! :-(

Today, I forgot to take my breakfast...Be it! By 2:30 I took kaklong to Japan Embassy to collect her Visa..Then we headed to Publika because I need to buy something from Daiso.. Kaklong requested me to buy Tako Tao (near the B1 escalator)... Sedappppppppp sangattt!

And as we walk past Big supermarket I saw a lot of fresh lettuce.. Ermmmm.. I wanna eat salad so bad, I asked kaklong to treat me at Ben's.. Hehe.. She said we don't have time for that as Reza is expecting us to meet him at Curve.. Sheeshhh... I hurried to the veggies section and grabbed lettuce, baby tomatoes and capsicum...

We arrived home at 5.. And I'm soooo hungry.. I need more than 4 balls of Tako yawll! Okay, now I wanna share my recipe for the salad dressing.. :-)

Step 1: 4 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp ground pepper, 1 tsp of parsley, 1 tsp of oregano and garlic..

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients with lettuce,baby tomatoes and capsicum (well you know you need to cut these veggies to bite size right?)

And tadaaaaaa... Now eat green!
